Payments
  Payments will be accepted through PayPal Express or by Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier Checks or Certified Checks.  Product bought by Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier Check or Certified Check will be shipped after the instrument clears and the money has been acknowledged by the bank as available to the Creative Craft Shop Account.  If paying with any type of check, please include your phone number or e-mail address on the check in case we need to contact you. 
 
Returns and Refunds
  All returns require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number or they will be refused.  All authorized returns must be sent back to the return address on your package, and must be in the item's original condition and in the original packaging unless otherwise authorized.  You may obtain an RGA by contacting us at  support@creativecraftshoponline.com.
 
Shipping Policy

  Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours.  You will be notified if anything is on backorder, sold out, or will be delayed for any reason.  For multi-item orders, individual crafters may be shipping parts of your order from different locations, but we will combine shipping charges and do everything we can to keep your shipping total as low as possible.

 

Privacy policy
  Our site is secured by Microsoft Office Live Small Business which has a TRUSTe certification.  No information you provide to us will be used, sold, or disclosed unless you specifically request it.  All online financial transactions will be conducted through Paypal Express using their secure website.
